Anazette W. Ray brings a wealth of experience representing architects and engineers in a wide variety of litigation matters. Prior to joining Zetlin & De Chiara, Ms. Ray worked at a boutique litigation firm where she handled all aspects of complex construction litigation on the trial court and appellate levels in representing architects and engineers in the defense of professional malpractice and general litigation matters. Ms. Ray established a successful record of defending her clients in numerous forums, including state and federal court, mediation, arbitrations, and hearings. Representative claims that Ms. Ray has handled include: condominium defect cases, critical path delay claims, errors and omissions claims and contract disputes.
Ms. Ray was selected to the 2021 Beverly Willis Architecture Foundation's Emerging Leaders program. She was featured in both the New York Real Estate Journal's 2020 and Best Lawyers Ones to Watch lists. Ms. Ray serves as an Executive Board member for Gallery of Dance Dazzlers Dance Troupe, a travel dance troupe for children ages 5-18. As an Executive Board member, she assists in organizing and overseeing community outreach, team building, and fundraising activities.
