Ryan A. Waton

Ryan Waton focuses his practice on complex construction litigation matters including defects, delays and design professional malpractice, working with design professionals and contractors. He has represented the legal interests of a wide range of clients in various areas of law, including Construction, Commercial, Business and Real Estate.

Mr. Waton has experience representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and materialmen in all phases of business and construction matters including liens, contract negotiation and disputes, construction defect litigation, and transactional matters. He also has experience representing the legal interests of property insurance companies regarding property damage claims.

Mr. Waton received his B.A. from University of Florida, and his J.D. from University of Miami School of Law. During law school, he interned at the Miami-Dade Public Defenders Office where he prepared motions and case files. He also participated in the university’s Litigation Skills Program.
