Zetlin & De Chiara Participates in the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry Regional Program

Zetlin & De Chiara is pleased to announce that Partner Carol Patterson will serve as a speaker at the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry Regional Program in New York on November 8, and Principal Jaimee Nardiello is serving as a regional program coordinator.

The program, titled “The Fundamentals of Construction Law” will be taught by leading construction lawyers in six locations around the country and will cover various construction issues including the roles of the key participants in a project, the structure of project delivery systems, the bidding and construction process, insurance and bonding, government construction contracts, and dispute resolution. The concepts covered apply to projects ranging from a single building to complex infrastructure improvements.

Carol Patterson, a Senior Partner with Zetlin & De Chiara LLP, advises clients on dispute resolution, contracts, business organizational issues and risk management strategies. Jaimee L. Nardiello a Principal with Zetlin & De Chiara LLP, manages complex, multi-million dollar construction cases from inception to trial and prepares contracts for high-profile construction projects throughout the New York City area. Jaimee regularly represents design professionals, contractors and construction managers in both litigation and non-litigation construction related matters. She was selected for inclusion on the 2013 New York Metro Super Lawyers list and previously to the New York Super Lawyers Rising Star list in 2012 and 2011. Jaimee is a Board Member of the Association of Real Estate Women (AREW) and is on the Design Division Steering Committee for the American Bar Association Construction Industry Forum.
