New Year Brings New Hire and Promotions for Zetlin & De Chiara LLP

Zetlin & De Chiara LLP, the region's leading construction law firm, welcomes Brian Keatts as Associate Principal, and announces the promotions of Jaimee Nardiello to Associate Principal and Alexander Kipnis to Senior Associate, effective January 2010.

Brian Keatts is an experienced litigator in the State and Federal Courts of New York and New Jersey. He represents design professionals, developers, owners, and contractors in a variety of multi-million dollar disputes, and provides counsel at mediation and arbitration proceedings. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Keatts was an Associate with McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter LLP. 

Jaimee Nardiello joined Zetlin & De Chiara in 2008 as an Associate, and has represented design professionals, contractors and construction managers in both litigation and non-litigation construction-related matters. Ms. Nardiello manages complex, multi-million dollar construction cases from inception to trial and prepares contracts for high-profile construction projects throughout the New York City area. During law school, she was a member of the Moot Court Association, served as the Executive Articles Editor of the Journal of Media Law and Policy, and wrote The Bar Exam Survival Guide: The Insider's Handbook to Passing the Bar Exam. 

An attorney with Zetlin & De Chiara since 2009, Alexander Kipnis represents national and multinational firms in a variety of matters involving construction and real estate law, complex commercial litigation, government investigations, enforcement actions, and compliance-related aspects of doing business abroad. He has particular expertise representing clients under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and related global anti-corruption laws. Mr. Kipnis regularly advises clients on conducting global internal investigations and developing and implementing corporate compliance programs worldwide.
