Michael Vardaro Presents on Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Michael J. Vardaro Zetlin & De Chiara is pleased to announce that Michael Vardaro will be presenting on the expanding use of BIM for project lifecycle purposes.

"Contracting for BIM Lifecycle Uses," is a 90-minute webinar, taking place on June 4, which will cover topics, including scheduling (4D), cost estimating (5D), sustainability review and facility management. It will also address issues that may arise in modifying standard industry BIM contracts to establish meaningful deliverables for these new lifecycle BIM uses. Those invited to participate include attorneys, public and private owners, architects, engineers, construction managers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers and BIM consultants interested in exploring BIM for lifecycle project use.
