We negotiated design-build documents for a $110 million Alternate Care Facility project. The agreements were negotiated quickly with the U.S. Government to allow for the emergency construction of the facility for treatment of patients affected by COVID-19.
We represented a number of hospital related entities in the construction of new and renovation projects.
We represented an engineer against errors and omissions claim in connection with construction of one of the nation's premier institutions for medical education, basic research and clinical investigation located in the Bronx.
We represented a major hospital system in crafting design and construction contracts for creation of a medical village (including emergency, radiology, outpatient treatment, and health education services) on a hospital campus.
We developed and negotiated a series of design-build construction contracts on behalf of one of the New York area's largest hospital systems.
