COVID-19 Emergency Alternate Healthcare Facilities

We negotiated design-build documents for a $110 million Alternate Care Facility project.  The agreements were negotiated quickly with the U.S. Government to allow for the emergency construction of the facility for treatment of patients affected by COVID -19.
