Overview
Lion H. Song represents owners and developers, general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and other members of the construction industry in complex litigation matters. He represents clients in all phases of litigation for claims involving construction deficiencies, design defects, and construction delays.
Before joining Zetlin & De Chiara, Mr. Song clerked for the Honorable Roger Daley of the Middlesex County Court, where he handled the motion files, assisted in trial work, and prepared decisions and opinions.
Mr. Song received his B.A. from the University of Michigan and his J.D., cum laude, from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. During law school, he mediated cases for the New York City Small Claims Court and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Mr. Song also served as the Managing Editor of the Cardozo Journal of Equal Rights and Social Justice.
