Anthony De Ingeniis represents design professionals, real estate owners, and developers, and other members of the construction community in all aspects of complex litigation. Mr. De Ingeniis has significant experience navigating the litigation process from pre-suit counseling and negotiations through discovery, alternative dispute resolution, and trials in a variety of industry sectors.
He is fluent in Italian, conversational in Spanish, and is studying Polish. Mr. De Ingeniis was recognized by Super Lawyers as a New York Metro Rising Star.

Mr. De Ingeniis represents clients in construction and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. Mr. De Ingeniis, was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers. He received his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and his M.A. and B.A. from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
