Overview
Burt Natkins is a highly experienced construction attorney who represents design professionals, contractors, private owners, and local government entities in contractual and dispute resolution matters. He litigates complex construction-related disputes in court as well as drafts and negotiates design and construction contracts. Mr. Natkins also advises clients on professional licensing, risk management, and regulatory compliance matters.
Mr. Natkins recently renewed his professional relationship with Zetlin & De Chiara, after holding positions as an attorney in private practice. During that same time period, he also served as the Chief Compliance Officer for PB Americas, when it was the principal operating of company of Parsons Brinkerhoff, an international engineering firm.
Mr. Natkins has authored many articles and handbooks covering a variety of topics relating to construction, local government, and the environment. One such handbook was “Public Construction in Wisconsin,” published by Local Government Services, Inc.
