Tara B. Mulrooney Joins REBNY Zoning and Design Committee

Tara B. Mulrooney, Partner, Zetlin & De Chiara joins REBNY Zoning and Design Committee. The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) is the City's Leading real estate trade association. Founded in 1892, REBNY works on behalf of the mutual interests of its members by promoting public and industry policies. The Zoning and Design Committee considers and evaluates matters relating to city planning as well as zoning and residential and commercial building design.

Ms. Mulrooney develops and crafts construction and design contracts on behalf architects, engineers, owners and developers and construction managers. She also represents clients in resolving construction and design related disputes. Active in the real estate and design organizations, Ms. Mulrooney also serves as a mentor for future leaders in the real community through her volunteer work with the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Zetlin & De Chiara provides sophisticated legal and business counsel and advice to members of the construction community across the country including real estate owners and developers, design professionals, construction managers and contractors as well as financial institutions.
