Global Bank Offices and Amenities

We represented the developer of a Madison Avenue building for a global bank's office and amenities building. This project involved the new and major interior renovation of the bank's New York City Headquarters. The total project costs are estimated to be in excess of $80 million. We assisted in drafting and negotiating all relevant design and construction contracts, including development management, served as a liaison for the resolution of ongoing disputes, and assisted in recovery of additional costs.
