We provided legal counsel to an architectural client who designed a multi-million dollar project for a well-known museum. Though not a party to the litigation between the museum and the project's contractor, we advised both the architect and the museum in the dispute's resolution.The contractor claimed it was entitled to additional compensation because of alleged construction delays and overruns that it argued were not its fault.
