International Arbitration Relating to the Construction of a Government Facility

We served as lead counsel in an international arbitration concerning a joint venture dispute totaling $39 million in claims. The joint venture between construction entities undertook a multi-year, confidential government project at a United States military base abroad. The project involved infrastructure improvements, a residential compound for military personnel and base amenities. The arbitration dispute involved standard of care, productivity, loss of efficiency and manpower loading claims.
