Wastewater Treatment Plant Litigation

We served as lead counsel for engineering firm in a case alleging various defects with the design and construction of a wastewater treatment plant. Depositions have been ongoing for over one year and another year of depositions are scheduled. The claims involved complex process issues related to the way a wastewater treatment plant works as well as damages stemming from the collapse of a wall in the treatment plant.
