High-Rise Contract Claims Dispute Resolution

Represented subcontractor in contract claims against owner. The subcontractor working on a high-rise urban building was claiming a change order for changed conditions and additional scope. We developed an analysis that was used to negotiate a fair resolution of the dispute and enable the project team to successfully complete the project.
