Contract Development and Risk Management for a Caribbean Resort

We negotiated and crafted construction contracts for and provided risk management advice on a Caribbean luxury resort hotel with detached residential properties. The multi-phased project included renovations to an existing structure and infrastructure improvements. The contract solution ultimately incentivized collaboration between the contractor and design teams resulting in an on-time and within budget project.
