Delay Claim at International Airport

We successfully litigated a delay claim centered around the construction of a major expansion of the infrastructure of an international airport. The delay claim brought by a governmental agency was hotly contested. Our client only had a few documents to support critical decisions made by the Agency, however, we used other evidence to support the claim of entitlement to an enlargement of time to complete the project.
