Rebuilding of a Prominent Theatre in New York City's Famed Theatre District

We represented the lead architect in an arbitration concerning a contract dispute with the owner and contractor over the rebuilding and updating of a prominent theatre in New York City. The historic nature of the structure along with severe schedule restraints ultimately challenged the success of the project. We successfully defended all claims.
