Current scope of work: As a construction litigator, Jaimee Nardiello leads teams on some of the country's most high-profile disputes. She manages the day-to-day strategy defending the 432 Park Avenue litigation, overseeing expert discovery and preparing the matter for trial.

Big win: Nardiello served as co-lead counsel in the Surfside Condominium collapse litigation, where she guided strategy, coordinated experts and secured a successful resolution in one of the nation’s most complex construction disputes.
