ABA Forum on Construction Law 2026 Fall Conference

Zetlin & De Chiara Partner Jaimee Nardiello will speak at the ABA Forum on Construction Law 2026 Fall Conference in Boston on October 23, 2026. She will participate in Plenary 8, “The Right Stuff: Controlling Expert Testimony,” alongside Andrew Atkins and Robert A. Peterson. The panel will examine the ethical considerations attorneys must navigate when working with expert witnesses, including maintaining independence, ensuring competence and upholding confidentiality.

The session will explore the responsibilities attorneys have when engaging expert witnesses and the importance of preserving ethical standards throughout the litigation process. Jaimee and her fellow panelists will share insights into the challenges of managing expert testimony while upholding professional obligations and ensuring the integrity of legal proceedings.
