Zetlin & De Chiara Announces Arrival of Construction Litigator
December 8, 2009 (New York, NY) Zetlin & De Chiara LLP, a prominent construction law firm, announces the arrival of Vashali M. Aggarwal to the firm’s New York City office. Ms. Aggarwal, most recently an associate with Wasserman, Grubin & Rogers, brings with her to the firm experience in both construction law and commercial litigation.Michael K. Ms. Aggarwal represents owners, design professionals and construction managers in all aspects of construction and commercial litigation, as well as transactional work. She has participated in litigation, mediation and arbitrations involving public contracts, real estate development and construction matters. Additionally, Ms. Aggarwal has appeared in New York State Supreme Court, and has been involved in appeals in front of the First Department of that Court.
Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Ms. Aggarwal earned her J.D. from George Washington University Law School where she was a member of the Hispanic Law Students Association. She received her B.A. in History from the University of Washington and is admitted to practice law in New York State as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
